Our client organization is a growing European consulting firm known for providing its prestigious clients top-notch advice and practical guidance around data protection and privacy compliance and towards the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in particular.

In your role as a Privacy Legal Expert, you will demonstrate your expertise on a variety of client projects including, but not limited to, data mapping, privacy strategy development, optimization of regulatory compliance costs, privacy audits, drafting and negotiation of contracts and policies, acting as the external DPO of clients and providing training and awareness programs to your client’s stakeholders (end-users, product developers or top management).

Key profile requirements
  • Law degree,
  • Expert knowledge of data protection and privacy laws and regulations, strong knowledge of the GDPR and its business impacts,
  • Several years of legal experience in privacy, with particular focus on Luxembourg,
  • Affinity with and interest in new technologies, devices, platforms and information security practices,
  • Data-protection and privacy related certification (e.g. CIPP/E, CIPM) is a strong asset,
  • Business-fluent English and French. German would be an asset.
